DDR Services and Rates

Offering Direct Individual Personal Computer Help
  • I offer advice for any personal computer problem, no matter how large or small, that can be reasonably described and responded to by email or phone to the best of my ability at absolutely no charge.
  • If I cannot solve your problem, I will not be afraid to admit it and will direct you to a knowledgeable source for answers.
Serving Professional & Affordable PC/Laptop Repair
I will come to your house, if located from Golden to downtown Denver, and perform an on-site diagnostic for free. I will describe what needs to be done to fix the problem and the price I require to repair it. Consultation is always free.
  • Complete virus, Trojan and spyware removal, $15.
  • Clean, licensed, genuine and activated Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP install, $20. (Must have a brand name computer, currently activated Windows install, or a valid retail product key.)
  • Windows Operating System rebuild,  $30. (Backup of all specified data, Windows reinstall, restore files.)
  • Windows activation nag fix, $10. (Must have a brand name computer or a valid retail product key.)
Other Computing Services
  • File and data salvage and recovery, $25.
  • Home network LAN setup & advice with or without Wi-Fi.
  • Security and protection analysis and consultation with every on-site visit.
  • On-site tutoring $15/hour. (I will give tutorials and advice for free by phone or email.)
All services except tutoring offered at flat rate fee; pay the same price even if it takes several hours to complete the job!

  1. We had a long-standing problem with our HP printer once we moved to Windows 7 in that we were unable to print multiple copies at a time. In less than a half-hour, Gandhi was able to figure out how to fix the problem. Tonight we had to print 100 copies of a single document, and we were so thankful we didn't have to hit the "print" button 100 times, our usual work-around.
